This review is in response to Bryan Leggett's review from today: As a customer of top shine cleaning working with Gabby for some time now, I can say she's presented herself with the utmost respect from day one. She informed me today that after Bryans altercation with her at the community gate, he FOLLOWED HER to my home where she was trying to work and took pictures of her in my driveway (which seems really aggressive) as indicated by the photo he posted of her in my driveway. Gabby explained to me that he cursed her out in spanish (presumed true by Bryans admitting that he could have handled himself differently) - Bryan - I hope you are ok I know we all have stresses in our lives that can get the best of us. It sounds like you owe Gabby an apology regardless of how you felt she should have used the gate in your neighborhood, not a one star review of a company whom you've never used. I can’t say enough good things about this company! My siblings and I had finally finished emptying out our mother’s house after she passed a year ago and were faced with what was left: a filthy house in dire need of a good cleaning. Gabby and Melanie and team to the rescue! They fit us into their schedule and a team of four people worked for 2 1/2 hours. The house is now beautiful and ready for sale. Thank you, TopShine! Less
