The worst customer service ever experience. See the response from Jesse, the one man show at this one man operation. Your decision, this review, you decide. Attitude at no extra charge. Do not even try to call for help. Jesse is rude and thinks that he can just swear his way to make clients hang up. Terrible service and unwilling to help fix an order. I went to this company because I was I was on a hurry to get some Fire/water bowls for a pool project I’m building for a customer. Not only did Jesse and his team have bowls for me to purchase but they also had them ready to go in a matter of a couple days. I also needed them to have auto igniters and they put together a package for me and all the parts were included for installation. The owner of this company also is very knowledgeable about his products and will take the time to share his knowledge with you so that you find the best product for your project. I will definitely be using this company for all my Fire feature needs and would highly recommend to others. Less
