Edit-9/14/2024: Jesse from Fire Bowl was able to offer a refund for the propane tank cover. Apparently the lid for the propane tank cover I received is supposed to have white marks to represent marble(it does not and instead looks like a flaw). It is not what I ordered so Jesse issued a refund. The company that manufactures, In this case Elementi, was unable to get me a new lid “because it would take 3 months to arrive from China”, as stated by Sonya from Elementi.I am still frustrated as all of this took many emails to try to sort out but I am changing my review from 1 to 3 stars because Jesse did his best and appeared hampered by issues out of his control related to the manufacturer, Elementi.Original ReviewFrom the time item was ordered to follow up after delivery, communication was poor. I ordered the Aurora Fire Pit Table. The Fire Pit is nice and works well. I just wish I had gone to a different company. I also ordered the stainless steel cover and they sent the wrong cover. I also ordered the propane tank cover and the lid was scratched. To report the problems, I had to schedule an appointment to speak with someone. I received 3 or 4 reminders about the appointment and then they did not call at the designated time. I was able to get a person on the phone after calling again. I was eventually sent the correct steel cover but they have not corrected the problem with tank cover lid.The customer service is beyond poor.
