Although Austin Pro Siding wasn't able to do the work I need (it doesn't fall within their areas of expertise), after a 45-minute conversation with one of the owners, Kevin, I understood exactly what had happened to our soffit, and why, and Kevin had great ideas about possible solutions. He didn't have to take the time to talk with me once it became clear his company wasn't in a position to help (and he couldn't with a clear conscience settle for simply applying a bandaid to the problem), but he did, and he was thorough and detailed and so very helpful. The Austin area is infamous for hail storms and needing to get a new roof at least every 10 years because of that hail. In the last five years I’ve had my roof replaced twice because of this weather and both times it was by Austin Pro. The experience was so good the first time that when it was needed a second time I called Brian Sanders up and he was out the same day giving an estimate and working with my insurance company. Both times the crews were very professional, led by Kelton, their PM, and got the job done quickly and efficiently. They managed all of the communication with the insurance company so that was one less thing for me to worry about. After they were done the clean up was done extremely well so it was if they were never here. I would whole-heartedly recommend Austin Pro and will use them again if needed (hopefully not for another 10 years). Less

We were in the market for new windows for our home. Our builder-grade, original windows were starting to fog and a few had even begun to leak. We learned about Austin Pro Siding, Window, and Roofing from a couple of our neighbors who recently had their windows replaced. Their experience and ours were consistent. The installation crew was very professional. Our install spanned several days and at the end of each day, the crew cleaned up after themselves. You couldn't tell work was going on in between days. We also received several competing bids and Austin Pro Siding was extremely competitive. I believe we got a top notch, high efficiency window, expertly installed, at a very reasonable price. I was extremely pleased with the entire process - from initial quote to final inspection. In fact, I recently referred them to my parents, who live in the area. Less
