Emergency Bank Holiday call out to find a mystery leak from upstairs flat into downstairs. Joe was at my house within an hour and half of me ringing him in a complete panic at 6pm on a Bank Holiday Monday! He located the problem and had it fixed in no time. I noticed a leak in the ceiling of my living room. I called them right away, and they were able to send a emergency plumber in less than an hour, who managed to locate the source of the leak and fix it the same day excellent service would highly recommend.
