I'm in town for a few days and the staff has been morning short of welcoming and accommodating. Great programming and a friendly community to boot. I couldn't leave a full review if I didn't mention one of the most beautiful facilities I've ever been in. I've literally traveled the world dropping in at CrossFit gyms(over 300 gyms) and this is in my top 5.

The owners are excellent people. The facility is beautiful, appropriately sized and has the equipment you need. I was in the area and dropped in.

The coaches are amazing and the gym fam is equally as awesome. I’ve lost 60 pounds since I’ve started coming and I don’t think I’d be crushing my goals as well without all the support and encouragement from everyone. I love this place!!

I absolutely LOVE this place!This is more than a CrossFit gym, whether you’re looking for CF classes, want to do your own thing, focus on Powerlifting, etc. SSCF has something for you.The facility is always clean, equipment well maintained, and awesome atmosphere. Staff is friendly, personable, and always willing to help.Most importantly, if you’re a First Responder, then SSCF is THE place you need to be training. Several staff and paying members are experienced and knowledgeable in the physical demands of First Responders.Hope to see many new faces! Come check it out!!!

The class was great! The coach made us feel welcome and was encouraging! It was my friend’s first class and I'm still learning all the ins and outs of snatch lifts. He made sure that we knew the lifts, felt comfortable and checked in between sets. I truly enjoy the CrossFit gym you all have. We will be back 💪🏻😊

Coach Cindy has worked magic - I am slowly becoming a morning person! I look forward to her 6am Sweat class each week. We have a great group that encourages each other and has fun while doing it. Watching the sun rise while dripping sweat is an amazing way to start the day!

When I first walked into Star Spangled CrossFit a little over two months ago, I was excited but honestly a bit nervous about stepping into this space again. Coach Maddie led my very first session and immediately put me at ease, she explained everything so clearly, encouraged me at every step, and made the workout feel approachable and even fun.That warm welcome set the tone for everything that’s followed. Since then, I’ve gained confidence, gotten stronger, and found a community that supports and motivates me every time I show up. I’m so grateful to Coach Maddie for making that very first day such a positive experience, it truly shaped the path I’m on today.

I come in for open gym regularly. The gym is always clean. They have all the necessary equiptment. The people are great. Overall it's an amazing gym.

I was in town for several weeks for work, Leo was very welcoming and easy to get setup in the system. The coaches were all very friendly, the split facility for Crossfit and regular gym plus 24 hour access was perfect for the varying hours I was working. Very clean and organized gym and bathroom with changing area and shower. The app was easy for class times and wods. I plan on dropping in any time I'm in the area. Thank you for accommodating me while in town!

I was recently at this gym when I was in town for work. Great atmosphere. Everyone was really welcoming and the coaches really care about the people that walk through their doors. Space and equipment is plentiful which is a plus. I would definitely recommend this gym.
