Extremely disappointed. The reviews were so good. I called for an appt and it took almost a week to return my call. I got the usual suck-up apology. I asked about the Senior's rate then I was told no because I was not 65. Then she said the drop off rate was $55, I have alot of adjustments this year and knew it would not be that amount. Instead of allowing an exception for me to get at least a small customer service discount because it took so long to get back to me and about 7 phone calls I just said forget it. The owners and staff need to learn customer service skills as they lost a future client. I also own two small businesses. While we did attempt to offer a discount as a gesture of goodwill, it appears we were not able to meet your expectations. Further to "Management's" response. There was NEVER any remediation offered or any discount. I think you have the wrong information. Your secretary just kept repeating the same thing over and over like I was not understanding her.
