Or the actual price 100??? Before today I came and a well representing sales associate helped me out and told me it was 150 to fix my wheels and I didn’t take the offer then cuz I thought I could find something better but that was a mistake on my end. The gentlemen came to that conclusion after telling me 150 per crack and I told him that is absolutely unacceptable then he fell on 150 for the whole wheel so I wouldn’t just leave. Can’t speak for all the mechanics but one of them definitely needs to learn to not undermine someone younger to squeeze money out of them. Less

Tire guys told me my slow leak was from a crack, common to european alloy wheels. I brought the wheel here, and they welded it closed for $200. Holding air after 1.5 weeks, seems to be successful. They lose a star because the "waiting room" is less than desirable, checkin and paying was a cluster, and they make you pay the credit card fee.

Recommend to fix a crack on the rim- further damaged rim, taking tire off. When brought to their attention- refused to correct the issues By far the most useless and unprofessional service. Clear and utter lack of integrity and responsibility. Several code violations that should cause for immediate shut down

Daily, non-stop harassment from their marketing team. They had an ad in FB Marketplace and I need a wheel repaired so I completed the form. They told me that they only service Houston, TX and since I am in Austin it's too far. Now I get daily SMS txt messages from them (from different numbers making it difficult to block). Once I got there, I received the same customer service and was greeted by all of the staff. Sandra put me with Jimmy to look at my wheels and he was down to earth and gave me my options on what I could do to improve the look of my wheels while providing pricing options. Jimmy is a really good dude and he appears to love what he does. My wheels came out better than I expected. I am pleased with the work. Very friendly staff…this is my second time coming to this rim repair shop after I cracked my rim. I got my rim welded and the welded held up both times. The service here is very fast. They get you in and out and the prices are reasonable. I would highly recommend this run repair shop.

No one called me for an update so I called a few days later only to be told the repair would take a little longer, no worries I said. A few days passed, no one called, so I followed up only to be told they just needed to be polished after the repair. I waited a few days, nothing. So I went to the location only to see the heat they applied from the repair attempt on one wheel put a large crack on the wheel. They said don’t worry, the weld will fix it. So I waited, and still no communication. After two weeks I was told they were ready for pick up. One wheel was somewhat fixed, no polish after the repair and well you can see it for yourself on the picture. The second wheel that they had cracked with the heat, well, just see for yourself. Didn’t look professional at all, I might as well took a hammer to it and done it myself. The manager said they work miracles, and their work was acceptable. Just to put this mistake of bringing them to Houston Wheel Repair behind me, I paid the manager in cash and they loaded my wheels stating they were done. My guy didn’t even give me my change, just a receipt. So be aware, shop around, and don’t believe everything they say or you too might have your wheels returned to you looking like a wobbly mess. I didn’t say anything thinking it would not cause any issues. When I left the shop I noticed a vibration in my seat. I arrived back on Thursday and the same salesman said the reason for the vibration is due to no counterweights on the tire and he said they never fixed that tire. He wanted to charge me to fix it as warranty issues are not done on Thursdays. I said I would like to speak to the owner. The owner Mark arrived and when he got off the phone I walked up to his desk and sat in a chair that was empty. I nicely said, "Hello do you have some time to talk with me." He immediately said, "Sir, I am with another customer you have to wait your turn, go sit back down." Mind you he was sitting at his desk with no one sitting in front of him. I then said okay so I sat back down in the waiting area. His tone was very rude and condescending. I waited until he was finished and then he talked with me. The first thing he said was you were very disrespectful for cutting in line when someone was ahead of you. I said I was not disrespectful, I don’t act that way I am a professional. I worked at NASA for 20 years as a mechanical engineer. I treat people with respect. His accusations that I was disrespectful to him was crazy. He tried to powerplay me and continued being very condescending and mouthing off. He then had one mechanic take the tire off my car and we inspected it together. He still was acting very disrespectful and said there are counterweights on the tire and marks which tells me they did fix it. He accused me of hitting a new curb and therefore I needed to pay for it. That is crazy as it was the back tire. Plus his original salesman said they only fixed 2 tires for bends. I said what are my options. He said the NEW bend is causing the wheel balance issue. I said I have video proof the bend was there from the dealership. He said no that's not true. I said okay well I guess I will have to call my credit card company and cancel the charges. This was when Mark became very nasty towards me. He said fine you are not getting your tire back. You have to bring me $498 in cash and then I will refund your credit card. Mind you he was not going to fix my tire this was just to ensure he gets paid in cash. I said okay I guess I will have to call the cops as you are unlawfully keeping my property. He said okay call them this is a civil case they are not going to do anything. I had another mechanic tell me they only fixed 2 rims with bends. Mark was keeping my tire as hostage to make sure I did not fight the charges on my credit card. I was sitting down waiting for the cops and Mark walked pass me and I told him the cops were coming. He grabbed my hand and squeezed it very hard and said wonderful. Borderline assault. The cops finally showed up and I told him my side of the story. The cop talked with Mark and said he would fix the rim at no charge only if he refunded my money to my credit card and I pay him in cash. He wanted the cash so that I could not cancel the payment. He sent a refund to my credit card and then I zelled him the $498. Marks attitude totally changed after the police arrived and he acted very professionally. I waited 4 hours for the repair. When the rim was returned it had 4 new scratches see picture. I had to wait another 30 minutes for the mechanic to fix the scratches. When I pulled out I talked with a mechanic and he confirmed they only fixed 2 rims on Monday. Mark uses a powerplay attitude to scare you into thinking he has the upper hand. It didn't work on me as I know my rights. I learned a lesson never go to a mechanic shop without reading the negative reviews first. My car does run smooth now. Less

Please if you are considering this place DONT DO IT. First there’s literally ZERO organization, I had to call multiple times regarding my rim being fixed and I was told “I have to go check on it” and never receiving a call. They even asked me, “did it have a tire” after taking it off my car, which I will attach a picture of. I will attach in the pictures these people marketing there services to me after they had my rim, making me believe that believe my service was complete only to call and get the run around for another 24 hours. Now to get to the scamming vibes exhibited by this business. So they market their services (which I will also attached in a picture ) as same day, literally saying “ Please Remember, our competition wants you to leave your car or wheel for two or three days!!” but DID THE EXACT SAME THING. I didn’t get my rim back for 48 hours after being told that it would be done in an hour. The rim was first assessed as a bend but later upgraded to being cracked meanwhile I was charged as a bend. I was told by an Individual working there that “I won’t be charging you for the cracked rim” I assumed due to the fact that for whatever reason the same day service wasn’t available as I asked BEFORE I even drove there. But customer service is the last thing on this places mind and I should have just taken my tire back at this point and had it done elsewhere, shame on me. Now when the time comes to pay I was then charged for the bended rim plus the cracked rim. I informed the guy that he said I would NOT HAVE to pay for it and he said he has no memory, but somehow remembered that the tire was cracked. When I went back to pick up the wheel, they not only made it look like new, they balanced the wheel and tire so perfectly on their machine that matches the wheel balance to the tire balance. Worst curb rash repair I've ever had done on my vehicle. They not only did a pathetic job "fixing" the curb rash BUT they added more scratches to my rim by DROPPPING TOOLS ON THE RIM! They left it worse than when I brought it in. I also had them paint my calipers and they forgot to put back in all my lug nuts. The paint job was also pathetic and they use CHEAP paint.

I promptly contacted them to seek assistance or corrections. They instructed me to return the following Monday, which I did, only to be informed that the technician, Jimmy, was unavailable and that I would receive a call to bring the motorcycle in. Unfortunately, that call never came. I then sent my fiancée to follow up, but the situation remained unchanged. After another call, I was advised to leave the motorcycle with them, which I did, only to be told that I would have to pay the same amount again, despite the initial work being unsatisfactory. While I understand that they may wish to charge for services, it is unreasonable to do so when the repairs were not completed correctly the first time. They now claim that I must have brushed against something, but I assure you that did not occur; the repairs were simply not done professionally. It is disheartening to support local businesses only to be let down. I strongly advise against patronizing this business. They may make your vehicle look appealing initially, but within three weeks, you will find yourself facing the same damages they were supposed to fix. The supervisor refused to provide his name and insisted that I either pick up my motorcycle without paying or face storage fees, abruptly ending the call. This behavior was quite unprofessional. Additionally, one of the employees mentioned that the technician who worked on my motorcycle was fired due to numerous complaints about his work, and that the representative, Andre, is no longer at that location.
