The representative from Benfield Electric, Carl Ferguson, was very polite and professional in performing the repairs at my house. James came out to assist with the generator’s red light. The insulation pads were separating from the top of the enclosure too. He secured the existing pads and got the generator up and running again without using more than the 1/2 hour provided with the dispatch fee. Thank you!
