I sprained my ankle (well, both of them, eventually) playing rugby. I also had plantar fasciitis pain. Trent helped me enormously and I cannot recommend him strongly enough. He also didn't push to continue treatment after I was recovered, although when I inevitably find new ways to hurt myself, I'll certainly be back to see him again.

My work continued causing pain for the first week after we met but gradually reduced to nothing as I did the exercises, and this week I climbed Mt. PT with Trent has been amazing! Trent really took the time to listen to what my issues were and made a custom plan to address them. We just incorporated soft wave treatments into my therapy and they are a game changer! I’m about half way through my 10 visit plan and I can already see and feel a huge improvement.

I saw Trent for right knee pain and swelling. Trent also diagnosed movement restrictions in my achilles. He used the Soft Wave Machine to treat my knee and achilles. I noticed significant pain and swelling relief in my knee. I experienced vastly improved mobility in my ankle/achilles.
Trent has treated my ankle with the SoftWave machine. I had constant swelling and stiffness from a tendon repair. This had been going on for about five years. I experienced immediate results. The swelling disappeared. My range of motion increased and lasted. This is the best my ankle has felt in years. Can’t wait for continued improvement.

I loved the Chi Running and Chi Walking books and was excited to find a certified instructor in the area. I participated in one of Trent’s Chi Walking sessions. Our Club use Trent’s services as he is the best around at what he does. I've had chronic knee pain for 35 years - old skiing injuries. At 67 years old, I am very active, bike riding or walking every day. I really hurt my knee after taking a brisk walk - more brisk than normal. I didn't fall or trip or anything, I think the brisk walk was the straw that broke the camels back. It hurt enough to do PT for months, an MRI that showed meniscus damage that I'm sure happened years ago. I had a PRP injection. It still hurt, I had to wear a brace all the time and my daily exercising was severely restricted, that was depressing, I wondered if I would need surgery. I was sent to Trent to learn Qi Walking. I was ready to do anything to prevent surgery. Trent did a full evaluation, taught me the basics of Qi Walking and we even went to a park so he could really see how I was moving and train me. This method makes sense and it has changed my life. Finally my knee doesn't hurt any more. I’m 41 and have no plans to be a runner. BUT one meeting and one walking class changed my life!! With a couple minor adjustments I am walking more than I ever have and am pain free. Dr. Trent is someone everyone should meet with.
