Celebrated my 13th year at EP Mahopac and there's no where else I'll go. Coaches Eli, Lisa, Freddy and Jess care about every member of the EP Nation and are instrumental in helping members achieve the goals that some may have thought were impossible. Regardless of your fitness level, every win, whether small or large is celebrated. They foster a positive environment and its always a fun time.
