The trainers are dedicated, knowledgeable, and patient in teaching me the correct form, and they push me to my limits during workouts. The atmosphere at Powerhouse is motivating and uplifting, and I particularly enjoy my morning workouts there. Honestly this gym inspires me everyday to want to work out! I have joined many other gyms and the other gyms do not compare to the positive energy powerhouse brings. I am very happy I joined as I was becoming depressed with my everyday routine. Once I joined powerhouse was when I gained more energy to focus more on myself and focus more on my health. I first joined powerhouse on their 6 month membership in industry. Due to relocation, i came back a year later to Duarte. I will admit a gym like 24 hour is a lot cheaper, however, what brought me back was the staff. Not only their knowledge in the matter, but also how genuine they are every time they talk to you and reach out after hours. I definitely needed the accountability, But more importantly i found and saw results- and that's what really kept me motivated. Thank you to the master mind and visionary behind it all, Aaron.
