WoPro fitness is not just a gym it is a community of amazing coaches, that become like family. They take the time to get to know you personally and what areas do you want to improve. I have struggled with mental health and weight for many years. Before WoPro I would work on Cardio but it was not enough. At WoPro they have helped me learn to use weights and machines properly, something that at a regular gym I would only been able to do with a private trainer, which would end up being way too expensive or on my own which would lead to me giving up and not returning to the gym. I am very happy to have found WoPro Fitness.

As a middle-aged woman, I was reluctant to go to a weight training gym but really needed to work on muscle mass and bone density. So glad I went to WoPro’s first free class, then signed up for 2-week trial deal, then joined as a member. The coaches are friendly, knowledgeable and seem to really care that you are comfortable and understand what to do. Classes vary from 2- 9 people and everyone is personable. I look forward to my workout and to seeing my new WoPro crew! I feel stronger and more energized already💪🏽

I absolutely love this gym! Coach Drea, Mark, and Ryan are all amazing. They really know how to push you while still keeping you motivated and encouraged. You can tell they genuinely care about everyone getting better. Ryan is our newest coach and we need more of him . He’s small but mighty . And his thighs are my motivation my inspiration. Great body 😜The group session classes are my favorite — great energy, great workouts, and such a supportive vibe. Plus, the facility is always super clean, which I really appreciate.If you want a gym that challenges you and keeps you accountable, this is it!

I have been a member of WoPro for a few years and it has been a great experience. It's not just a gym. From the personal attention you get from the Coaches- making sure you have proper form during workouts to checking in with you to see how they can help with meal plans and your overallwellness. That is what sets them apart from other fitness gyms. Coach Andrea is one of the best. She honestly cares about people. Helping people reach goals or teaching how to live a healthy lifestyle. They offer different classes that work different muscle groups. The different workouts keep you from getting bored. They offer morning and evening classes. With my work schedule, it makes it convenient. The community is strong and fun!
