I typically do not leave reviews, however I felt called to acknowledge the work , professionalism, “bed side” manner and friendliness Ideal Aesthetics offered me today. I learned about them through a Groupon and was able to get an appt right away. There was instant follow up , a seemless scheduling process online and Allison was so courteous in answering questions professionally and thoroughly. Michelle who provided the service was extremely knowledgeable and had such a calm presence. I instantly felt comfortable and at ease. The office was clean and beautiful and there was no wait . In fact , I got there early and was acknowledged and greeted and taken before my appointment time. All my requests were fulfilled and acknowledged. Michelle was very honest about other treatments I inquired about and was transparent in the usage of the products . I already notice a difference in my “problem” areas. She somehow made my hooded left eye to lift to be in symmetry with my right . I cant wait for the full effect in about 2 weeks span. I felt empowered and educated and taken care of by a business in a way which I haven’t in a long time. To say I had a positive experience at ideal aesthetics with Melissa is an understatement. I had purchased a treatment for fillers on Groupon and assumed I would get the service with little time spent with me. Instead when I met with Melissa she gave me her undivided attention and gave me an honest opinion about best option for my skin concerns at the age of 65. I am following her advice and purchased ZO products for my skin. She could’ve so easily done the procedure and be done with me, but instead made the experience such a positive one for me her receptionist, Allison was also wonderful and answered all my questions. I have been to several med spas and I do have to say Ideal esthetics is one of my favorites! I was nervous about under eye filler and with the knowledge and expertise melissa had, she made me feel at ease with PRP under eye! The results are amazing!! A lovely place, easy to find just north of Northern State. The clinic/ office was very attractive, sparkling clean and modern. The staff was super friendly. I had been thinking about getting Botox for years, but I was apprehensive. No one I knew had gotten Botox yet or so I thought. I have a forehead wrinkle that was driving me crazy. I knew that no amount of serum on the planet was going to make it go away! I played with the idea until one day, I decided that this was something I was going to do. That was the easy part…now how do I find a place. I feel like a read at least 50-75 reviews. Everyplace was perfect, every one was amazing and then they weren’t. I took everything with a grain of salt. One place that kept coming up with great reviews was Ideal. I read glowing reviews about Melissa and I thought went ahead and called to make my appointment. The office is very clean, everyone was polite and helpful and everything about Melissa was in fact true. She was patient, explained every thing and did not try to sell me anything else. My results were very good. I was not expecting miracles, but WOW!!! That forehead wrinkle that was the bane of my existence is gone. It’s been about 2 months now, and my forehead friend is trying to make a comeback. I know that for the first time, results don’t last that long. I’m already making my follow up appointment. Literally just got home from my appointment and had to write a review because Melissa was amazing!! She gave me the results I’ve been wanting after my expectations weren’t met by the last injector I went to. I finally have pronounced, natural looking cheekbones! So I had to write this, because both my boyfriend and I have been getting injections for our wrinkles for the past 2 years and we’ve had horrible experiences.
