They offer a wide variety of times for classes throughout the day, and the schedule has 15 min buffer time between class, which I appreciate, so I do not feel rushed out after class is over. “Just join. You won’t regret it” That was what 3 different members said to me as I was doing a walk through to check out CrossFit Mentality back in May of 2022 I had been a member of another CF gym around 3-4 years earlier and I enjoyed the programming. My business picked up and I was working more and had fallen out of the routine. Fast forward to 2022. I was working more than ever, I didn’t have a nutrition plan, I wasn’t exercising at all and I ballooned up to nearly 280 lbs. Even for someone at 6-2 and with a large frame like me, that’s too much. I usually vary between 235/245. The final straw happened over winter when I put on a pair of jeans that fit in the fall and was easily 6” from being able to be buttoned. My options were to get my body back into shape or admit I wasn’t going to take care of myself and buy bigger pants I visited 3 facilities. My old gym. Another facility where the owner offered personal training and Mentality Of the 3, Mentality was easily the best option for my needs. The monthly cost was a great value, the number of daily classes offered gave my schedule lots of flexibility in terms of being able to go in the morning or in the evening, and the there’s the people. Not just the coaching staff, but the other members of the gym. I don’t enjoy running…or rowing…or cardio in general but ironically, that’s what I like best about CF. It got me out of my comfort zone. Everyone is super supportive and helpful. If they see you doing something where you might hurt yourself, they’ll step in. The class environment is great because you’re working at your own pace, but when you’re side by side and someone else is pushing harder than you are, it’s great motivation to push yourself a little more. In 3 months, my goal was to lose 3” from around my waist. So far, I’ve lost just under 4.5” and I’m down about 22 lbs. I went from pants that were 6” from buttoning, to wearing them again with no muffin top. My shorts and shirts hang off me again AND I’m wearing an XL shirt. I used to wear a 2XL to try and hide the fact that I as fat as I was. I’ve now got a healthy relationship with food I could go on and on My next 3 months will take me to around Thanksgiving and my target is to give myself abs for Christmas. The best part is that I know it will happen if I just keep showing up and doing the work Funny thing is, now I’m the one saying it. Just join. You won’t regret it. Less

Great people, programming, coaching, facility/equipment and all around environment to train and connect with community. I'm a coach myself and I would highly recommend it to anyone living in the area or just stopping through. Next time I'm in town I'll most definitely be back.

All I can say is WOW!!!!! If your in the area and love CrossFit you need to drop in at this box. Everyone is so friendly and the workouts are both physical and mental. Coaches are great and I would join this box if I lived in the area.

Spent a few months at this gym and loved it. Was worth the extra 15 minute drive, over closer gyms, with the positive and competive energy. Coaches are super on point, focused on teaching technique and improving fitness for all their members. Recommend this gym to new or seasoned crossfiter

I sought out Crossfit Mentality right before having labral repair surgery on my shoulder two years ago. The staff at Mentality was a HUGE help in preparing me to be physically ready for this surgery as well as in helping me recover and work my way back into workouts at full speed. Great atmosphere to start off in! The coaches take the extra step in correcting form and insuring safety, but are also super motivating and enthusiastic! The community feel at this gym have made these people family!

Best place to workout. Great coaches that are always nearby to offer support. Workouts are always different and you never feel like you are constantly doing the same thing. I would recommend Mentality to anyone looking for challenging yet rewarding exercise.

I went to a crossfit class last night; it was the first time I woke up without an ms flare up in months and ate food because I was hungry and not out of obligation. The combination of faith, support, and strength training here are really healing. Thank you Panchik family!
