I'd give him 10 stars if I could. I was so lost in forms and other paper work when Jason took over my "case" that I nearly gave up. Jason explained what needed to be done and then he did it. Whenever we hit a snag, he knew just what the next step should be. And in the end we DID IT! I should say HE DID IT! Everything I need in the way of Medical protection plans I now have including some protections I never even knew were available to me.
