I saw Dr Samuel Seit about two weeks ago for removal of a number of benign moles on my face and decolletage. I honestly couldn’t have hoped for a better appointment. Dr Seit was very friendly and personable, and made me feel very at ease despite my nerves. He examined all the moles, confirmed they were benign, and explained how he proposed to remove them. When it came time to have them removed, a quick local anaesthetic and then removal itself. The mole removals were painless and surprisingly quick. Dr Seit left me with clear instructions for care over the next couple of weeks, and two weeks down, the healing is looking very good. All in all, a very pleasant experience. Very disappointed with dr Sue Feng. She went with my skin check throughout my whole body within seconds. Didn’t check all places. I had to point certain areas myself as she missed some. Was pretty rude with zero engagement in the conversation which I tried to have about my skin issues. I felt like she wanted me to be gone ASAP and didn’t provide any constructive or informative answers. My 10mins visit, where I was treated like an intruder costed $140.I am not sure if their ratings on here are true and honest as the service I received was below the average.
