I’m a licensed real estate broker in California and referred a client to Signature Real Estate Group. They offered a referral fee far below industry standards, and after the transaction closed, they refused to pay it altogether.I was forced to take them to small claims court, where I won a judgment. Despite that, they refused to respond to repeated requests for payment for over two years. When I personally visited their headquarters with a copy of the court judgment requesting payment, I was physically thrown out of the building.I’m now having to return to court just to compel them to reveal where they bank so the constable can collect on the judgment. This has been a two-year ordeal of being ignored, mistreated, and disrespected.In my professional opinion, Signature Real Estate Group does not operate with honesty or integrity. Their word means nothing, and working with them has caused nothing but unnecessary grief and outright unprofessionalism. I would strongly caution others against doing business with them.

Justin is a true professional, and he took great care of us in Las Vegas. We worked with him to buy our first home in 2018, and again in 2025 when we decided to sell.When we bought our home we were moving from out of state and Justin was so helpful.
