The salesman was professional and very knowledgable The materials were delivered expertly, very efficient. The roofing team was extremely hard working and efficient. They worked steadly for over eight hours A third team replaced some of my gutter system, again very hard workers with what appeared to be skilled effort An inspector contacted me and coordinated a final inspection. He was friendly and professional. some equipment and residue was overlooked during the cleanup which caused flat tires on my pickup and a riding mower. A tape measure jammed tge nower deck on my riding mower and broke the drive belt ( see photo). Titan did a great job on my house. They replaced a shingled roof, a flat roof and soffit and facia that was significantly water damaged. They provided a detailed contract. Three different crews were sent for the three jobs. All workers were highly skilled. They took a lot of pictures while the work was progressing, and posted them so that I could follow their progress. We live in a hundred year old house and we were not exactly sure how old our roof was but we could see that it had issues. We reached out to Titan and they helped us with our insurance company so we didn’t have to foot the whole bill. When it came time to do the job they had it done in two days. We called Titan after a large hail storm came through on April 1, 2024. Donita was so helpful and set up a time for Blane to inspect our damage. Blane was here on time and when he said he would be. They repaired both our roof and siding and we are very happy with both. The crew that repaired our roof were very professional and cleaned up everything afterwards. Sid did our siding and he did a great job and our siding looks wonderful, almost like a completely different house. He evaluated the shingle damage and inspected the interior of the house for water damage. He pointed out water penetration in several areas of the house. He was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He took aerial pictures of the roof as well. He even cleaned out sections of my gutter that were overflowing with leaves.
