We highly recommend Titan Roofing and only regret that we can't give them a 6-Star rating. Kyle Miller has handled the servicing of our roofing needs for years and has always done excellent work that is prompt and lasts. Titan keeps pictures of our roof from year to year, making it easy to see the wear over time. We got a very long life out of our old roof but with the last big storm it became apparent to us that it was now time to replace it. Kyle sat down with us and helped us select the exact look and quality that we wanted at the price we were looking for, and even helped us with questions afterward. We signed the contract and quickly received a message from Will Snider scheduling the prompt delivery of materials. Titan showed up quickly thereafter with a skilled crew under site supervisor Jesse Cole and Kim Hernandez, who oversaw the work throughout the day from start to finish. Titan showed up with all of the right equipment for teardown, installation and cleanup. The work was completed so quickly the same day that even our neighbors were amazed and it looks even more beautiful that we anticipated. This was followed up by an independent inspection from Titan. Last but not least, Meridth promptly contacted us to ensure that we were completely satisfied and to handle any details, which we very much appreciated.

I've been involved with commercial construction for most of my adult life. Typically, the salesman sells you what you want to hear and you have to deal with the hard reality of the project on the back end of things. Not the case with Kyle Miller (Sales rep). To start with, They completed my project 6 weeks ahead of schedule!!! Kyle kept open communication from start to finish. Professional and consistent. Not overwhelming or pushy. #classy Even when there had to be a change-order (not-unexpected for me) he did not rake me over the coals. I was treated right and pleased with the conduct. BIG shout out to professional craftsman (Andrew) who led the mind and muscle of the project. He made sure the right decisions were made for the integrity of the roofing system to be right. MANY THANKS OL' SON. These days, most companies compromise quality for the bottom line. Not the Titan crew! Lastly, Andrew and his guys, Talon, Brenden, and Will did an amazing cleanup job and even the neighbors complemented them on being kind and respectful throughout the duration of the project. Will recommend to anyone! Thanks fellas!
