Great for curly cuts. Not for color. Made my color appointment over a month ago and was told today the day of my appointment that my color didn’t work for them. Sent a back up photo with dark hair and chunky blonde highlights- very simple. Was told they are “uncomfortable doing something that edgy and cool”. My birthday is in FOUR DAYS and I booked this OVER A MONTH AGO. Lost my business and ruined my birthday. Thank youuu! Less

Luxe color lounge it’s so welcoming and inviting. All the staff is very attentive and make you feel at home. Alishia did my first color ever, which was a very natural balayage and she achieved just what I wanted. She is so sweet and through the whole process she makes sure you are happy with the results. Sarah gave me my first curly cut and I’ve continue coming to her. I loved every single cut she is given me. She is amazing and does a great job every time. Also makes sure to communicate with you through the whole process. She gives a great massage when washing your hair too! Such a lovely person. So glad I’ve found this fantastic place. It is a good 40-55 minutes away from me but in my opinion worth going to. Love! Less

Overall wonderful experience. Warm greetings as you enter, relaxing atmosphere. All staff are welcoming! Beautiful and most importantly very clean! Stylist are very knowledgeable and attentive to what you want and yet giving recommendations. Definitely returning regardless of the distance and some traffic but so worth it. Less
