Great gym with very knowledgable coaches. One of the most community driven gyms I’ve ever been to. This combination pushes you toward PR’s that would otherwise be unattainable on your own. Also, have awesome equipment, especially the heavy sandbags and they actually have KB’s that go up to 106lbs!

Switching to this gym was the best decision I made for my fitness journey.

9 months in and I look forward to it everyday. You can workout anywhere. Why not do it where you can enjoy it and look forward to it? Clean facility with great coaches and fun members to share class time with.

I’ve experienced a lot of improvement in my capabilities since switching to MTCF last summer. The facility is nice and spacious, there’s plenty of equipment, the coaching is great, and the community makes it a fun place to be.

This gym has so much to offer.Michael is a excellent coach. The people that go there encourage each other. I was suffering from depression and grief. My Doctor recommended me to go to a gym. I have seen great changes in my health. According to the Mayo Clinic exercise is a great recommendation to combat depression. This place has it going on.

This CrossFit is unique. They are dedicated to their members. They treat you like family. Their is always laughter, hardwork and fun. I've been out with a knee injury and they still keep up and encourage me to come back. I would recommend this gym to anyone.
