I have used Bouncy Works for several events. I’m pleased with their customer service over all but mostly their response times and communications. Pricing is also comparable and affordable! I booked a combo bouncy house and cotton candy machine for my daughter’s birthday. I had trouble navigating the checkout page and contacted Robert. He spent the better part of the evening walking me through and helping me with checkout, including pushing the transaction through and sending me my payment confirmation. They kept in touch throughout the week of our event and kept me updated on drop off and pick up times. The day of my event, they contacted me to let me know when they were on the way and the ETA. They were very on time and super friendly during set up and pick up. I had trouble with the outlets and they spent time to help me fix the issue and walk me through how to use the cotton candy machine. The bounce house and cotton candy machine were very clean and nice. I had no worries that day when it came to these aspects. I had a 100/10 experience and will definitely be calling them for my next event! Thank you!!!
