You know the term, "You get what you pay for?" Well, in Spokane people tend to go for cheap over value. I learned that in the world of IT and AI, going cheap is expensive. In other words, I tried cheap and paid for it dearly. There is a limited number of IT companies in Spokane that actually have a team of experts. Most are quickly trained sales persons who are given basic IT training. After having issues that couldn't be worked through with my previous company, I was on the hunt for a new IT company and was referred to Danial by a friend. One convo with Danial and I could tell the difference in the way he explained things and was able to detail where the other company went wrong and how he would fix it. His knowledge is obvious and although it cost slightly more, than the "cheaper" company. In the long run I ended up paying far more than if I had found Danial in the first place! Don't be a dummy like me. IT security is nothing to mess with!
