Absolutely outstanding experience with New Man SMP and Damien, the owner. From my very first message, Damien responded quickly and professionally. He took the time to clearly explain the entire scalp micropigmentation process, including exactly what to do before the appointment. Every question I had was answered promptly and thoroughly, which made me feel comfortable and confident from the beginning.On the day of my appointment, I was immediately impressed by the shop. It is clean, professional, and set up very nicely. There is a comfortable barber area for getting your haircut before the procedure, along with a separate, private and comfortable procedure area with its own seating. Damien also provides refreshments and snacks, which was a thoughtful touch and made the entire appointment more comfortable.Damien is extremely patient and never makes you feel rushed. He takes his time, listens carefully, and pays close attention to every detail. He is truly a perfectionist, and the quality of his work reflects that. He worked carefully to create a natural-looking result—not something dark, fake, or painted on.I am extremely impressed with the job Damien did. He is highly skilled, kind, respectful, and easy to talk to. If you are thinking about getting SMP and want a natural, realistic result from someone who truly cares about his work and his clients, I highly recommend New Man SMP.
