Last week, I brought two pairs of scissors to be sharpened by Alex. I was obviously charged for service of both scissors, which is fine. As soon as I started using scissors, one of them was not cutting properly and was dull at the beginning of the blade. A week later, on my day off, I came back to the shop with the same pair of scissors that needed to be re-sharpened and explained the problem to Alex. All of a sudden, Alex got defensive and told me that this never happened to him and also told me that I brought different pair of scissors last week and that he never saw these scissors before and never sharpened them either. In other words, he indirectly called me a liar. I know what I brought and now I am convinced that he sharpened only one pair of scissors and not two but charged me for two pairs. I am very disappointed with the way he handled situation and eventually didn’t help me at all. I will never come back to that shop again. Less

This man at the front is rude and disrespectful. I am asking him questions about making a copy of my car key for my daughter and he immediately gets frustrated and rude, he waved his hands at me and walks away and tells me to move because he has customers. As though I am not one. He is very disrespectful. I did not even spend 3 min asking him questions and he was immediately frustrated. This man has a temper! But I see him being patient with other people! Less
