I was referred to Dr. Patel by a great dentist, Dr Walsh (next door).
Dr. Patel is awesome . . . thorough, capable, and personable. In my case, he first extracted two teeth without problems. Back for an implant, he determined with a CT scan that I needed a bone graft on my upper jaw to properly support the implant (a "sinus lift"). It was an unexpected complication. Without any pressure, he explained my options clearly. I chose to proceed. He was able to complete the graft and the implant simultaneously three days ago.
Though a more invasive surgery than I initially expected for an implant, it went well! I took one Naproxen that evening to minimize inflammation. Dr Patel also prescribed a week of Amoxicillin. I have minor swelling (less than expected), and will avoid chewing on that side for awhile. I expect to have the crown installed after the bone graft stabilizes and my Invisalign treatment is finished in several months.
Based on my experience, I have complete confidence in Dr. Payel, and would enthusiastically recommend Dr. Patel to anyone needing the services of an accomplished oral surgeon!

Dr. Patel and staff were amazing with my daughter with special needs. He was calm, patient, and very professional. She was done in a very short time and it was flawless. I am a worried Mom and he dealt with that competently.
I would recommend this practice to anyone and especially those with disabilities or unique needs.
