Luke came out and did a very through investigation of our sewer pipes and determined we could use their pipe lining services to save us from having to jack hammer through our flooring therefore saving us a ton of money not having to replace it. Rolando was the lead and did an excellent job of keeping us informed of the progress. Great service! Our contact person and technicians were prompt, responsive. We had a crack in our septic line that had difficult access. Pipelines was able to repair this with no disruption to our home structure or landscape with a minimally invasive approach. When they were done, everything was functioning well and the landscape and home was preserved so that it looked like the issue never happened.

Ray and Ean showed up on time and was very professional while working on a sewer line in the heat of the day! They were determined to repair the complex root and connection breach at the transition from house to city piping. The repair ended up requiring digging, cutting pipes and concrete in orders to fix. They were very careful to salvage the landscaping and after repair was complete returned everything better than before. Communication was great with pictures and videos. I would highly recommend them in the future!!

Great customer service. Friendly technicians. The technician who evaluated the sewer line was thorough and provided photography. Hydrojet clean out was recommended. The crew that performed the clean out was professional and efficient.

While we weren’t home during this repair, I have faith that Pipefitters did a thorough job. It’s worrisome to buy a new house that has possible issues. Now we can relax. Pipefitters was very responsive when setting up the appointment.
