Joel strikes me as an expert in his field, I think his unique ability is how he will wriggle and worm his way into opportunities. While it might sound like a disparaging metaphor, the reality is that he will just close his eyes and find his way through muck and mud to put himself in a position to succeed. The way he has embraced Snooze, shown up on Grant Cardone's helicopter, appeared in Dubai - clearly "no" is no impediment to him achieving what he has his sights set on. When I first met Joel at a business training event - I didn't know what to think of him. Having observed him for a couple years now, I realize he's the kind of person I want to lock arms with and try to operationalize the two clydesdales metaphor where two can pull more than double one alone.
