Coole Cleaners have been cleaning my short term rentals for over 2 years. I have also used them for long term rental move out cleaning and to clean my home. They are professional and reliable which is a must when you have a houseful of guest leaving at 10am and another houseful arriving by 3pm. THE BEST OF WILMINGTON after I've tried several others as a new-comer to W. area; I have recv'd far less n paid much more! Chris n Keith are professionals but very personable. Keith came to clean my place, n CLEAN IT HE DID INDEED! The place simply sparkled when he was done! I'm especially impressed w/ his attention to details, e.g. not just wipe down, but scrubbing/removing any buildup around kitchen sink, build up in corners of base board moldings/floor, gunked up garbage disposal ring looked lke never used -- this jst to name a few. It was as though Keith simply enjoys what he was born to do! I will surely call Coole whenever I have future need, and, I highly recommend them!!! Less
