Just wanted to give a huge shoutout to Mike for running me through a great training set the last three months. After 3 years of training I wanted to change it up a bit, get more comfortable with barbell work, and try something different for some growth. In just three months I was able to add about:1” to my chest,1” to my thighs,1” to my arms,2” to my hips/ass (gotta fight my frog ass physique lol),1.5” drop on my waist.Considering the fact that big jumps in gains get harder and harder as your training progresses, I’m more than pleased with the training.Now to take the summer to continue the program, increase the cardio, and dial in the diet a bit tighter to continue the growth!If any of you are thinking about getting a trainer (Mike or any of the others) I highly recommend it!
