The outage problems have been minimal. Usually due to uncontrollable weather conditions, but response has always been quick and professional.

We used Hughes net previously and were promised a certain speed which we never received - even after complaining! The speed and service with 318 High Speed is just what they promised AND CHEAPER! You can pick the speed package you want! Excellent! Very satisfied!!!!... More

The internet service is great. I'm in South Webstrr and it runs everything in my house with no lag or interruption. You get text messages when they are having issues and when they expect it to be fixed. So far none of those issues have interrupted my connection... More
