The guys at UNITS were the best. They were so helpful and walked me through every step. The unit held so much more than I had anticipated. It was very easy to get in and out of - love that it's ground level. It was extremely helpful having that kind of constant access to stuff I needed out of the way, but still be able to use during renovations. And the little remote robot that moves the unit into your space - amazing. I was worried it would be too tight living in a condo unit, but that thing had a tighter turning radius than my little car!

Probably the best decision I made for my move! I was in a pinch and it was late Friday on a holiday weekend when I reached out for help. They responded immediately and a unit was at my house Monday!!! I was moving Tuesday and the unit was delivered Tuesday. Talk about waiting till the last min!!! We used UNITS last winter to store our household goods during a renovation in VA Beach. Christian helped us from start to finish - always responded to requests very timely and personally. They delivered the storage unit on time, picked it up for storage as promised and brought it back on time and all of our belongings were perfectly intact. I even thought I would have to access our stored unit at his facility mid-way and he said that wasn't a problem if I gave him a little notice. Would definitely recommend.

UNITS was absolutely perfect! So helpful with our house renovations and working with us to extend our time when we needed the unit longer. Communication was exceptional and they were so kind.
