Moving is stressful. But UNITS made it as easy as possible. The customer service is top notch. The pricing is more than reasonable. The units are clean and well made. I needed two units and both felt brand new. I was able to text or call Christian any time I had questions or needed anything. I love how local they are. It was comforting to know they were so close. This is my second move in 18 months, my experience with UNITS was far superior to my previous move. I spent 1/3 with UNITS of what I spent on my previous move. I had such a great experience with units storage. Christian was helpful and flexible and able to work with me on dates changing while cleaning out my grandparents house. He’s super friendly with great customer service skills. Something else to mention - he doesn’t mind texting to work things out & respected that was my preference - my job is very phone and meeting heavy - so being able to coordinate like that was so convenient. I called the units to move my pod to get a car moved out of my backyard and Andrew was amazing. He arrived on time and assisted me with moving my car by looking up how to move the gear on my car since the battery died and I misplaced my phone. Units has been really great to work with. They are incredibly responsive and have excellent customer service. One of the reasons we initially chose them is that we needed our units in a very specific spot that was hard to get to. They have this amazing robot machine that can drive and maneuver the units into almost impossible spaces. I couldn’t find another company that was able to provide this kind of very specific service. Facing the prospect of having all of our flooring on the first level of our home removed due to water damage was only surpassed by having to pack up and store the contents. The storage was made easy by the guys from Units. They came when scheduled and placed two containers in an driveway with a challenging angle with no problem. Once the restoration was completed and the contents of the containers were returned to our home, a driver from Units was there the next day and collected both. The skill and precision used to maneuver the robotic equipment without damaging my yard or anything else was amazing. My only regret was that my 6 year old great grandson wasn't here to watch. I strongly recommend this company for moving and storage. I had nothing but a great experience between selling my home and moving into the next one 4 months later. Not only are they professional, courteous, helpful but the other reasons are as follows; 1. They are cheaper than pods or packrat. 2. Their pods are larger than pods or packrats. 3. Their pods holds much more weight then pods or packrats. 4. They are on time dropping off or picking up. And last 5. They treat you with respect the entire time. Driver and office staff.
