I was visiting from out of town. My road bike pump broke. When I inquired about help with adding air to my tires; this shop couldn't have been more helpful. They lent me a pump And then asked if I needed water or anything else. I will definitely go back to this shop in the future should I need anything for road cycling.

Absolutely the best! Had a random flat on a ride and stumbled upon this family-owned shop. Bill and Melissa were extremely helpful and thoughtful, even aligned one of our wheels when they noticed it was a bit off. Very personable and trustworthy. Will be my new go-to bike shop!

Terrible customer service and was very rude.

What a gem of a shop! Called in looking to replace the shifter cable on my mountain bike. They replaced my shifter cable, adjusted my derailleur, and adjusted the suspension for me in 20 minutes. All this for an extremely fair price. Other shops were quoting me at least 3 days to get this service done! I will 100% be back.

Took a month to ship two bikes. May be a good wrench but wouldn’t ask them to breakdown and ship bikes.

What a great experience, Brian in service was able to trouble shoot a software issue with a shimano Di2 system and get me back in the saddle. I Appreciated his effort in solving the problem and not giving up.

First time visit …………I called to let them know I was stopping by. Sean started right away and took less than 15 minutes (needed brake pads). Great place for mountain bikes and electric.

Walked in today. Just looking to get into bicycling, the sales rep. was understanding and educational. At no time did we feel pressured or rushed. So many businesses will try and push you into something just to make a sale. The rep here truly seemed interested in helping us find the right fit, not just making a quick sale. Refreshing experience, would recommend to family and friends.

Service and attitudes were horrible. Too bad because I've bought bikes here before and had previously thought was a good place. Can live with nothing being done after waiting 2 weeks (they said 3-5 days), can even deal with no phone call to update....but the complete indifference and arrogant attitude when I stopped by to find out what was happening, YIKES.

Walked in there with money in hand to buy a bike having just sold mine. Guy behind the counter greeted me, but then continued to tell stories with his friend. Never asked me what I wanted, or if he could help, he was more interested in his buddy's story I guess. I walked out and went to The Path, where they actually talked to me.

Michael and the staff at Cycleogical were easy to get a hold of and super helpful in getting my bike shipped safely across the country.

The guys at the shop took some time a few days before the ride to make sure my bike (a nice carbon fiber Salsa 29'er) was set up properly for me. I had brought a few essentials such as shoes, shorts and gloves with me, but Jeff was able to set me up with whatever else I needed to be comfortable and hydrated on the ride. I consider myself to be an intermediate rider and I was most impressed at how Jeff put in extra effort to learn my abilities and listen to what I hoped to see on the ride. He also made sure that I had time to get used to the bike and we were able to make minor adjustments and dial in the way it fit me before we hit the really fun trails. The view of the snow capped mountains and the ocean from "the top of the world" was spectacular and it was great riding among the rocks, sand and cactuses of Orange County. The trails themselves were amazing and were quite different from what I was used to at home...riding them was a perfect balance of experiencing something new, being pushed out of my comfort zone and feeling in control at the same time. I would recommend this bike shop to anyone who is in the area. They take service to a new level and everyone I met at the shop or talked to on the phone seemed like someone I would be happy to have riding with me back at home...thanks again for creating a lifelong memory. Best bike shop in South County. Staff is always friendly and helpful. They know their trade and excel at it. Always willing to solve problems and provide top level customer service. Great bike shop, with an excellent service department. Although primarily a mountain bike shop, the service department is very knowledgeable, and works on mountain bikes, road bikes, and even recumbents. They do excellent service work, the prices are very reasonable, and the staff is friendly. No attitude here; you'll enjoy your visit.

Had a minor tune up, new tube and chain replaced. Out the door for under $100. Knowledgeable staff, great vibe and service. I didn't realize how crappy my bike was riding until I got the tune up... you may need a tune up also, just saying.

Brought in my mountain bike earlier this year, and just now getting around to dropping a quick review. My gear changes were no longer smooth (or possible in some cases). Bill set me up with new gear/sprocket/crank and chain set at a price below what I had expected. Bike rides like new now. I highly recommend Bill and the Cycleogical crew!
