My first class was Strong Fit with Christina R. It’s always a bit nerve wrecking to try a new class by yourself, but I felt immediately welcomed by the coaches and the other clients. Christina and the coaches have obviously worked hard to create a positive, safe, non-judgemental, and welcoming environment. I loved the class so much and felt really good after the workout. I vowed to myself that I would continue to attend classes and I then attended Zumba Step which was so much fun, and Power Burn which was a great workout. I am looking forward to taking more classes. Amazing gym!! I first joined this gym Spring 2022, after 2 years of Covid I knew something had to change. Within the first few classes I knew I had found “my gym”. The classes & coaches are motivating, engaging and fun. They are there to encourage and assist everyone at their own pace and comfort level. Christina is an excellent trainer, and a wonderful person! This gym is not like the others, it’s a welcoming place for all, with kind and supportive people at every turn.
