I started at The Transformation Station nine months ago and it’s quickly become one of my favourite places to be. I love the variety of classes offered, the flexibility of schedule and how easy it is to book/update in the app. You’re not locked in to one day/time a week and I love that my availability can change and there will still be a class day/time that works for me. The value of the monthly membership is tremendous - I started out with 12 classes a month and quickly upgraded to unlimited. From the monthly bonus events to added challenges (like check-in champion), I always feel like an investment in my membership is an investment in myself. I’ve taken classes with Christina R., Tina and Kim so far and they’re all very welcoming and helpful coaches. I’ve been coached the most by Christina R. and I just love her positivity, her encouragement and her overall vibe. The atmosphere of TTS always feels friendly and approachable, whether it’s the coaches or the other members. I always leave feeling in a good mood. The programming is strong - I’ve had intermittent knee pain for over ten years and it’s been limiting in previous training. Since starting with TTS, the combination of programming and consistency has enabled me to be pain free for 9 months and counting. That to me is a huge win! I highly recommend TTS for those looking to feel supported in their strength and fitness goals, whether they’re continuing their fitness journey or just starting it.

There are an assortment of different classes offered from cardio to strength training with multiple time slots daily that easily fit into any schedule. I was at the Transformation Station for a body scan. I didn’t take a class but here’s the thing…. As soon as I walked in the building, I could feel the good vibrations. This place is overflowing with good vibes and high energy. There was a class happening when I arrived and it was amazing. Lots of smiles and laughter…and sweat! 10/10 would recommend

Coming to the TTS has been a tremendously positive experience for my family and me. Ok, so listen. I USED to be a member/employee at Goodlife. I USED to be a dancer. I USED to prioritize my health and fitness. I used to do a lot of things for myself. Then came adulthood. And kids. And teens. And menopause. And a million other reasons WHY I no longer cared about ME. So, on came the pounds. And the joint pains. And the muscle aches. And the embarrassment and shame of how lve neglected myself. And the PTSD of my life and the laziness of survival mode.Today, I took my first class. A stretch class. With Christina R. When l tell you that this woman is so warm and friendly, and her space is so calm and judgement free, l mean it! Trust! Im mid 50s, l am 100lbs away from where the textbooks tell me l should be, l dont have the proper attire for workouts. And l dont have the motivation or strength in me to face perfect gym bodies and sparkly 20yr old fitness influencers.This class today was a toe dip. A toe dipped back into the pool l left years ago. Decades ago! And thanks to Christina R and her class today, lm at home 45 mins after the class ended, looking up proper fitness shoes! Im lying in bed doing it, but lm still doing it! Many thanks!
