I started at The Transformation Station nine months ago and it’s quickly become one of my favourite places to be. I love the variety of classes offered, the flexibility of schedule and how easy it is to book/update in the app. You’re not locked in to one day/time a week and I love that my availability can change and there will still be a class day/time that works for me. The value of the monthly membership is tremendous - I started out with 12 classes a month and quickly upgraded to unlimited. From the monthly bonus events to added challenges (like check-in champion), I always feel like an investment in my membership is an investment in myself. I’ve taken classes with Christina R., Tina and Kim so far and they’re all very welcoming and helpful coaches. I’ve been coached the most by Christina R. and I just love her positivity, her encouragement and her overall vibe. The atmosphere of TTS always feels friendly and approachable, whether it’s the coaches or the other members. I always leave feeling in a good mood. The programming is strong - I’ve had intermittent knee pain for over ten years and it’s been limiting in previous training. Since starting with TTS, the combination of programming and consistency has enabled me to be pain free for 9 months and counting. That to me is a huge win! I highly recommend TTS for those looking to feel supported in their strength and fitness goals, whether they’re continuing their fitness journey or just starting it.
