Dean was the best choice I ever made for a real estate agent. I met him after another firm brought two buyers who could not close due to financing. I would never work with another agent again. I was just out of that contract when he contacted me. After the failed closings and experience with the other agents, I was ready to rent it. I was reluctant, but after talking me through how to relaunch, I was convinced he could get it done. He told me he would sell it in days of listing for over asking. I was hopeful that he was the one who knew what he was doing. He was. We decided to put it on the market on Monday and scheduled an open house for Saturday if we needed one. We had 6-8 showings in two days. We spoke on Tuesday, and he had a solid, serious offer, so we met. On the second day, I accepted an offer for far more than i thought possible. The finances were all in order, and we closed in under 30 days. I can not say enough good things about Dean. He is a great person and does what he says he will do. For me, the most important thing was that he communicated clearly. I hope to work with him again in the future.
