We had 6-8 showings in two days. We spoke on Tuesday, and he had a solid, serious offer, so we met. On the second day, I accepted an offer for far more than i thought possible. The finances were all in order, and we closed in under 30 days. I can not say enough good things about Dean. He is a great person and does what he says he will do.
