Everybody is so nice and welcoming the moment you walk in! The coach is warm and really takes the time to introduce you thoroughly to the workout and everything you need to set up before you start. She carefully guides you through each movement, helping adjust your setup and equipment so you can perform at your best.Throughout the session at 1910 CrossFit, she keeps a watchful eye, quietly correcting form and offering practical advice whenever needed, which made me feel confident and supported. The atmosphere is friendly but focused, and I’m already looking forward to coming back and pushing myself even more.

Working out at 1910 Crossfit has truly been life-changing. What began as a way to get in better shape for elk season quickly turned into something far greater. Over the past year, I’ve made significant physical gains, but more importantly, I’ve developed a genuine love for working out—something I never thought I’d say. I now look forward to training almost every day, and when I miss a workout, it just doesn’t feel right.The structure, the coaching staff, the ever changing workouts, and the shared struggle alongside others make 1910 Crossfit an incredible place to train. On top of that, it’s genuinely family-friendly. The kids area is a game changer. My daughter loves coming with me and often hates leaving. She also enjoys watching the workouts, and it’s amazing to think about how being around this environment is already shaping her life at just two years old.1910 Crossfit is a special place, and I can’t recommend it enough. My first class was on Saturday, and Alanna was my first partner and first coach that I encountered at 1910 CrossFit! I was nervous about my abilities going in, unsure if I could keep up with the pace or handle the exercises. Right away, Alanna made me feel comfortable by patiently explaining each movement and offering encouragement throughout the class.I actually felt like I could make it through the whole class, even when it got tough! I’m really glad I stayed because the energy from Alanna and the whole group lifted me up. I feel truly blessed to be around the amazing people at 1910 CrossFit - everyone is welcoming and supportive, making every visit feel like a positive step forward.

This is truly one of the most special gyms I’ve ever been to, a real gem in the heart of Pendleton. I’ve spent the last two months here for work, and in that short time I found a CrossFit community I didn’t even realize I needed. From the very first day, Friday and her team welcomed me with genuine kindness and made me feel at home. They even invited me to spend Thanksgiving with their families, that's the kind of people they are. This gym made me fall in love with CrossFit again, something I've been missing for a long time. I looked forward to every single class, and I always left feeling supported, challenged, and part of something bigger. In just 60 days, this community felt like family.Aside from the wonderful people, the classes always started and ended on time! Friday and her team run a tight ship! The programing is great for everyone, seasoned athletes to beginners, the coaches always made sure to find a way to safely challenge you. The facility itself is pristine, one of the cleanest gyms I've ever been to, and they have not only one, but two showers! You can immediately tell how much Friday and her team cares about the gym and the greater Pendleton community. I am so sad to be leaving this gym, and I cannot wait to come back!

The warm up is very important, even if class goes over the warm up matters especially on days with weight over head like today with snatches and over head squats. She puts focus on technique which is so important. She coaches everyone based on each individuals needs and has scaling options for those. She keeps everyone motivated and moving through the workout! Love the energy 🙌

Very informative about the class and the proper way to perform the training. She constantly encourages students to work hard but remain mindful not to injure themselves.
