We saw a Breven Home being constructed while walking the neighborhood. We were in the market for a smaller home since there are only two of us now. This turned out to be an outstanding choice for us. Large kitchen island that opens into the living room, master suite with huge walk-in closet and walk-through shower, guest quarters with private full baths, and a powder room on the other side of the house. Ample garage space with a nice rear patio. Every issue, no matter how small, was handled quickly by Steven. We did not have any major issues, but normal small items were expected, as with any build. Steven has remained accessible the entire time (one year) and frequently calls us to make sure all is well. I highly recommend Breven Homes for your next build. No anxiety for us due to easy communication and high standards.
