I highly recommend Palmetto State Rentals. I currently have an excavator rented with this business and had a hydraulic hose bust over the Labor Day weekend. I made a call on Sunday afternoon and they had someone out to fix it the next morning which happened to be Labor Day. The responses by Andrew and Dustin were great and friendly, as well was the process of setting up the rental with the office. I called palmetto State rental in need for a mini excavator.. didn't have 1 I needed on the lot that I was asking for.. told me I would have 1 at my house by 10:30am an went ahead an got it.. Brent the owner was a super guy an they did exactly what he said an was exactly on time.. when finished an they came an for the pickup the driver was a super nice also an asking bout if I was able to get done what I needed.. Had the opportunity to rent a fairly large excavator from Palmetto State Rental's Edmund Highway location. The machine was perfect for removing the stumps I needed gone. My son used up all 8 hours for which payed without any difficulties. As for the service provided by the staff, it was quite pleasant and very professional. They answered all my questions, recommended the right machine, dropped it off and picked it up as scheduled. As for their business location, perfect for me (under 3 miles away); but ideally located at the merger of two major highways. Very convenient. Less
