Mike came to work on our carpets as part of our "move out" cleaning. He was so kind and respectful. He was punctual, heard all my concerns and addressed each one. And most importantly, he did a GREAT job with the carpet cleaning. Got stains out that I had been struggling with for a LONG time. I even got a deep cleaning for my white couch and it looks amazing!
