It's been years and I have never done this but I see my neighbors hire exterminator after exterminator, as did I until this company. Few services do what needs to get done to eliminate pests in the home, and that's contract work. They pulled back my stove, my dishwasher, added steel mesh to the holes and other very useful corrections. I have never had an issue since. I can tell you how awful it was finding mice all time and now, never. You really should go to them if you want a real, genuine solution. Less

What a great experience! I had a terrible cockroach infestation almost one year ago and BioTech fixed the problem. They listened to my concerns and also found the root cause of the problem based on the breed of roaches (a leak that my landlord had previously tried to fix, but was not truly fixed). After just the first visit we saw significantly less roaches and the only ones we found were dead. It took about three months to not see any roaches at all, but regardless the only ones we saw in those three months were dead. I renewed my contract with them in May simply for maintenance purposes and have only seen a couple of dead ones since, so the product still seems to be working three months later. Less

Great work. My building has a mouse problem and the regular pest control service did not help, nor did setting traps and blocking areas I could see. On a recommendation from a neighbor I contacted BioTech, who did an inspection with cost estimate quickly. Once I agreed to the service, the technician arrived on time, was professional and friendly (he even swept up dust/debris under the dishwasher & fridge when pulling them out) and carefully sealed up the access points that I could not reach as well as under the door and below cabinets. My experience with this company was mixed, but was saved by their exceptional customer service people and the professionalism of their technicians. First issue: My HOA scheduled my unit for 2 treatments. I was supposed to get the same tech the second time, but he showed up half an hour EARLY and my management company did not manage to let him in. This was very inconvenient, because I then had to reschedule, and I had packed up all my things / pulled all my furniture from the walls, and had to live this way longer because of their mistake. Second issue: The second tech who came was a different person, and he was new. While extremely friendly and wanting to do a good job for me, he hadn't been properly trained on the correct amount of product to use, and as a result caused water damage in several places. BioTech has very clear instructions to let their product dry fully, but if you see excess, you should wipe it away wearing gloves (BioTech, consider changing your instructions). Happily, for my third treatment, I got my original tech Jimmy back, and not only did he do a great job, he took accountability for missing the second appointment and apologized to me. This was weeks later, and I didn't know it was him, so he could have said nothing. I was very impressed that he did this, on top of being a great tech. So I highly recommend him. Additionally, the people I talked to on the phone and worked with over email (including Juleyny, Manuel, Vanessa, and Maria) were incredibly professional in handling the water damage issue, eventually compensating me for the damage and apologizing.
