They repaired several ceilings, painted the garage interior, and did some general repairs to get our house ready to sell. I choose this contractor over all the ones I have met. Very precise in their work and gets it done in a matter of days. Had windows installed and they beat those door to door knockers by lightyears in terms of pricing. Call them if you need anything done. I am very happy with all my new windows. They do much more than just windows too. Practically anything in remodeling that you can think of.

I had extensive hail damage to my roof from a big hailstorm we had in August 2024. I had called my insurance agent just before the storm to drop some of my coverage because I was finding it difficult to manage the monthly payment. The agent encouraged me to keep the coverage I had, because I had "full roof replacement" in the policy, and insurance companies werent offering that coverage for new policies. He suggested I increase my deductible substantially , and he would help me find a roofer at a fair price if i eventually needed one.Then the storm hit. I called my agent who referred me to the website to file a claim.Long story short.... 3 appraisers later and notifcation that the claim was closed, I was left with no restitution from the insurance company because the rules had been changed, and my" full replacement " policy--that I had paid on for 20+ years, no longer existed. Using a new formula which involved a lot of gobbeldegook the small amount I was entitled to was eaten up by my new deductible.A friend suggested I call Sparrow construction. I did. I had very little hope of anything positive, but God sent Richard Gray in. He went in like a pitbull, challenging all the reasons for my denial. Month after month he provided need and legal backup for repairs to the roof and attached structures to bring it up to code as was required in Oklahoma. He went through 3 appraisers . Finally after over a year of back and forth, my roof replacement was acknowledged The insurance company agreed to pay enough of the cost so that I could afford the remainder.I am so greatful to Richard Gray and Sparrow Construction. He has a wealth of knowledge to work with, knows his business and how to apply it, and has the tenacity to stick with it.I now have a beautiful new roof. His roofing crew with Mauricio did a great job, cleaned up the area to where one wouldnt know people had been putting a roof up, and did the big job in a few days.Thank you so much, Richard, Mauricio , and crew. !!!

I can't begin to put into words how easy Richard Gray and Sparrow Construction made the process of restoring our home back to the condition it was in before the hailstorm. I literally had to call my insurance agent and let them know we had a hail damage claim on our home, and that was about it. From there, Richard took over and did what he has been doing for many years: he went to bat for me, his customer, and knocked it out of the park.I can't express what a relief it was, as a homeowner who doesn't know anything about this whole process, to let Sparrow Construction take over and not be even remotely concerned because I knew they were going to take care of me and my home.Thank you, Richard, for your immense knowledge in making sure everything that was damaged by the storm got fixed. Used Sparrow Construction for a few projects and they did a great job, very friendly, and completed within a timely manner. Out of the two main projects one was creating a back patio and laying concrete. And fixing the back gate which included replacing a broken post, the gate, and the paneling.

I have used Sparrow Construction for work at the two houses I own in Yukon. One house had to have all flooring completely replaced as well as all rooms totally painted. Tony did an outstanding job of covering the old countertops with new sheets of countertop material. The work was done in a timely manner and looks great. This year, the wood soffits and peaks above the brick were replaced with vinyl siding. In addition, I had the French doors off the dining area removed and a sliding glass door installed. Again, the work is outstanding. The first house I bought in 2012 had to have a new roof less than a month after my purchase due to a major hailstorm. That roof still looks great. My recommendation to anybody is to have your work done by Sparrow Construction. They do not cut corners and are an honest company.

I contracted Richard and Tony to replace my roof in Bethany. I had a bad feeling about them the moment I met them and I should have listen to my instincts. They got the wrong color shingles but it wasn’t too far off so I let it slide. Yet after looking my roof I noticed how terrible of a job they did. Shingles weren’t straight and some only had one nail holding them. I tried calling them back to fix it but they never return my calls. I am having to pay someone else now to come fix it. DO NOT use this company for anything.

I worked on a project for Richard and Tony. They lied to me and did not pay me what was owed to me. I am still trying to get them to even return my calls. Anyone doing work for Sparrow Construction be careful and get paid up front. For those who Richard and Tony are working for just know the kind of people you are letting in your house.

Sparrow Construction resided the entire soffits and fascia on my home in Yukon OK. In addition, the East and West peaks of the house were replaced with new siding. The South peak above the garage doors was replaced with siding and a beautiful octagon shape vent. The French Doors off the dining area has been replaced with a sliding glass door. All of this work has been done in a timely manner and I am very pleased with the work.
