Cody came promptly to our appointment with Bio Bug in Point Roberts. He was friendly and knowledgable and did a thorough analysis of the rodent problems under our cottage. He outlined all our options for treatment clearly and explained why various approaches would or would not be feasible. He then quoted us a price for the initial visit and got to work setting up some traps around our house. He'll return once a month to check these, but we are free to contact him anytime with further concerns or problems. We were okay with the rates he charged and feel comfortable knowing he's on the job! We would recommend his services to anyone looking for pest removal and control. Thanks Cody!

Patrick does a thorough job. We have a log cabin by Glacier and bugs and spiders were always getting in through cracks and the wood. We have hardly any bugs or spiders coming into our cabin to make it their home. Thanks Patrick!!

We had a horrible ant problem until Brian. He sprays every three months and promptly returns if we see any ants before our quarterly spray. Brian is knowledgeable, friendly and professional.

Not good at all they ran over my dog TWICE and the company doesn't care at all. They didn't even reach out saying sorry, nothing. They're supposed to exterminate rats and pests not dogs. My dog was a pure bred golden retriever he had papers and everything, he was expensive. He was also only 7 months old he was on my property, he wasn't far from my garage he was roughly 10 feet away from the garage. And there is signs posted to drive slow because there is a dog. This was during the day obviously and how could you not see a dog in the broad daylight. This company is not good at all.
