We use to have issues with cluster flies and beetles. Now that we are on a service plan our problem has abated. We were also consulted on practices to help with exclusion. When a hatching occurred the technician was called and was on top of it.

When entering someone's home after walking through the muddy yard and applying chemicals, use a pair of elastic shoe covers to prevent spreading dirt on the carpets and 2. when setting down a spray cannister on the floor or carpet, place it on a pad so it doesn't leave a wet ring in the carpet as the nozzle drains. Bio Bug techs (ours was Brian) a quantum leap above the normal exterminator that comes out. He was exceptionally knowledgeable and showed us our issues and explained the solution.

Extremely pleased, as per usual! Have had several wasp stings the last couple weeks and had to do something. Nathan told me exactly what to watch for as far as our hidden nests and got everything else done super efficiently.

Technician called a day ahead to confirm service due. He arrived on time. I have handicapped pets so after brief discussion he performed service and let me know when he was finished so I could secure gates. All staff has been very efficient and accommodating.

Called at 8 am, Chris showed up a couple of hours later, by noon yellow jackets were gone. Nicely done!

We had two yellow jacket or hornet nests that we could not destroy on our own. One was under our house and the size of a basketball and the other buried someplace under the azaleas right by our front door. Those buggers were very aggressive. Steve saved the day! After just one application of whatever he used to get at the nests, they were gone and we could actually live in peace again!

I use BioBug (Mike) and have for years. After initial visit, my property is on a quarterly "maintenance" schedule and I don't have to worry about pests. Before I started with BioBug, I checked the price from other pest control management companies. I am satisfied.
