Just want to give a shout out to MSC! I joined at the beginning of April and have really enjoyed the classes there! The instructors are very encouraging and make sure you are doing exercises correctly which i have always struggled with especially now that I’m older and have to deal with a lot of aches and pains 🤣 can’t wait to get stronger with MSC 🦾🦾🦾

I’ve never felt stronger than the times I have been super on track with my MSC workouts. As a former fitness professional myself I’m picky about my gyms. These trainers are incredibly well educated and prepared. They are also kind and welcoming. The vibe at MSC is fun, it’s just a great place to be. MSC is so much more than a gym. You may hear that a lot but this is the real deal. The coaches are invested in helping you reach the goals you set for yourself. They create an individual program for you specifically to help you reach those goals. They welcome you and cheer you on. It’s truly become a second home.

I love working out here. The Semi-private classes are awesome. The trainers ((all great)) watch you and correct your form when necessary and encourage you to go up in weight which is something I don't do on my own. The strength camp classes are tough and challenging but I love them. I highly recommend checking out MSC Strength and Conditioning.

I like that the programs aren’t just kettle bells, but also include other equipment that you don’t typically see in traditional gyms, like maces, Indian clubs, and sandbags, so not only am I getting a great workout in, but I’m also learning new exercises and techniques. I have been training at MSC for a couple of months now, and this is the most consistent I have ever been. That is 100% because of the training staff, and the programming that is tailored to me and my goals. I'm creeping close to 40 and have had a hectic couple of years with kids and work and found myself with TWO babies worth of "sympathy weight" to lose. I want to mention that I have tried other training methodologies before that are "infinitely scalable" and my experience was this: I would walk into a gym where there was a sea of 15-20 people and one coach that is scrambling around trying their best or just sitting on their phone and stretching while we worked out. I would end up feeling the need to compete and throw weight around that I had no business lifting without anyone really giving me any feedback. Also, there were cliques that made me feel like I was sitting alone at the lunch table in high school. MSC IS NOT LIKE THAT! They are so welcoming and friendly. I instantly felt welcome and felt like I belonged there - you cannot put a price on that. Every time I train coaches are giving me feedback and improving my form and praising the progress I have made. Tina and the staff reach out via email and text weekly to check in and see what they can do to help. I love going to MSC and would recommend it to anyone at any shape or size or step in their journey to better health. Less

For the first time in forever, I'm looking forward to beach season. The sun's not even out but I'm ready to get my guns out 💪🏻 With MSC's personal training, classes, and nutrition coaching, I've lost over 20 lbs and 3 pants sizes in about 7 months. For years I've worked out at other gyms and on my own and I haven't seen results. I've been a distance(ish) runner for years as well. Since starting at MSC, I can lift heavier than before. I've also taken 1:30 off my mile time, and I don't need the Frankenstein-stability shoes I once did. The kettlebell classes at MSC have taught me to lift smart and heavy. Ryde and Row classes are great for conditioning, and Iron classes are the right kind of death. Throw in some Pilates and all of a sudden your arm fat doesn't shake and you need new, better fitting pants. Most importantly, I can make sensible, sustainable food choices that I can stick with. Michaela makes it easy to eat right and the nutrition group is so supportive that it's hard to fail. I can't recommend MSC enough. I've been working with the MSC since February - and I've loved every minute of it. With a variety of classes - I never get bored. Seeing the results in my clothes (and on the scale) has pushed me to hold myself accountable every day.
I have been working out with Tina for over two years now, and I've been working out at MSC for more than a year... and I have to say, it never gets old. alloy fitness is my new addiction! the staff- tina michaela and Liz are all amazing! so knowledgeable and encouraging. work outs are constantly changing and really challenging (in a good way). already seeing amazing results working with these ladies! classes are small so it feels personalized, I love alloy so much, I drive all the way from Quincy to norwell (passing multiple other gyms/ studios on my way). one of my favorite things about alloy is the state of art equipment (haven't found any like the real Ryder bikes and indo water rowers anywhere else), and the easy to use app! the app allows you to Sign up for classes, so my classes become part of my schedule and I am accountable. thank you alloy fitness, tina, Liz, and michaela keep up the good work and amazing service! Every class is challenging and always changing. All of the instructors are motivating, knowledgeable, and FUN! I am already seeing results- overall an amazing place!
