I had done EVERYTHING they asked of me, including securing a co-signer! My original broker told me on my original closing date that there was nothing they could do for me..... I didn't get the loan. THAT's when I came across Brandon!!! Brandon was attentive, communicative, positive and compassionate from the very first conversation we had. He worked diligently and answered every single question I had, never making me feel like a burden. I closed on my condo 3 weeks after my first conversation with Brandon WITH the same lender I originally was getting the loan from... and get this... NO CO-SIGNER and even more lender credit. Words can't describe how much of a joy it was to work with Brandon. I will be referring him to everyone I know who's looking to purchase, especially first time home-buyers like myself.
