After having my twins, I was dealing with abdominal separation and chronic hip pain while also desperately wanting to build muscle and strength. Michelle is fantastic. I love her calm approach. She has been helpful in making sure each exercise is right for me. If something doesn’t feel good she is quick to make changes. I feel very supported and I look forward to working with her each week 😊😊

Maxway is the best place ever! The coaching staff is amazing and so willing to work with you on anything and everything you could want to work on! I mentioned that I liked boxing and before I knew it, Lennon offered to help coach me in boxing lessons twice a week! I could not rate Maxway higher!
