They scheduled time when we would be home and the owner of the company himself came out to the house (vs other companies who bid based on records available online) and performed a very thorough assessment and gave us three bid options. We went with the middle one which was equivalent to the others we’d gotten from contractors. The bid was in writing and very detailed, The owner’s responsiveness to our texts and emails were very fast. They took off the two layers of existing old roof and replaced it with a new one in one day. Not only does the newly installed roof look amazing, absolutely no debris was left behind; not even one nail. They sent us an invoice online which had a link to their many payment options including easy financing with reasonably low fees (we chose to pay over 3-months and the fee was about 1.5% of the total job fee “financed.) Superior Roofing was at my home on Friday 9-24-21 to replace one or more shingles. Ryan did the work correctly and quickly. The biggest surprise was that the repairs were so minor that they did not charge me anything. When does that happen to a senior lady on a budget ??? When I need my roof replaced, I will certainly contact Superior Roofing again.

I haven’t personally seen the work but I did talk with the people that are living in the house and they were very happy with all the work Superior Roofing did. They were very careful and cleaned up each night. The replace rotten boards and did repairs that were needed. I would definitely recommend Superior Roofing
