I purchased a Frequency Specific Microcurrent (FSM) unit from Dr. Mittag about two years ago. While I can talk about the benefits of the product, this review is about Dr. Mittag. Realistically, I cannot recall ever before having experienced the degree of personal service for and interest in a client/ customer from any service or product I ever purchased. While I thought that I was obtaining an FSM unit at a very fair price, what I received, in addition to the product, was attention and assistance which has never stopped -- with virtually all of it unsolicited. The after purchase assistance includes biweekly Zoom calls with purchasers in which Dr. Mittag provides guidance, insight and answers to innumerable questions; and when research is necessary to find an answer, he takes time out of his day to do so after the call and get back the the one who had the question or concern. While that is more than could be expected, he does not stop there. He also set up a private forum in which, among other things, he periodically posts videos that he writes and produces -- which certainly take him incredible amounts of time -- to help the members of the forum (i.e. past purchasers) to gain a more comprehensive understand of both medical conditions which may be addressed with FSM and how to best incorporate FSM applications. If, in three words, I had to sum up Dr. Mittag's work and efforts for those with whom he works, it would be: "Above and Beyond."

I bought my Inspirstar FSM machine from Dr Mittag. The service you get from Dr Mittag is priceless. A initial consultation with him to customize your care using FSM. Twice a month group Q & A Zoom meetings with Dr Mittag. And he always responds to concerns and questions asked between meetings. Dr Mittag goes above and beyond. He has also put together valuable instructional videos as well. He has been using FSM for decades and is extremely knowledgeable. If you are looking to purchase a FSM Unit, look no further. I highly recommend him.
