I took the CPR/AED, first aid/stop the bleed, home defense, and the active shooter programs. I learned so much and now I can say that I know how to defend myself against an intruder. I encourage everyone to take the active shooter seminar. You never know what can happen these days. Knowing how to do CPR is especially beneficial because it can mean the difference between life and death. Thank you Brian for showing me how to be prepared for anything.
