The technician was able to come to my house the same day I requested to be scheduled online. He was very friendly as well, listened attentively, explained things in a way that everyone in my house could understand and worked quickly to get the job done. UPDATE: A little disappointed. Have more ants than we did before. Ended up having to spend more money for a different pest company to come out and spray for ants. (No longer have any) I had used this company once before for possible rodents in our old home so I thought I would provide them with more business in our new home, however this time around just felt like we were kinda left our initial issue. Also, after talking things over with my husband we both agree that the first time the gentleman who came out had spent much more time doing what he was doing, and this time around the gentleman was in and out much quicker for doing an extra step. Customer service is still very friendly and responsive just don’t feel like anything was resolved what so ever. I would still suggest them maybe just not for ants. We called Wildwoods Pest Control after a mouse was spotted in a heat duct. We knew there was no such thing as just one. Jess came out, did a thorough inspection and explained what he recommended and the cost. He was knowledgeable and professional. An examination of the home exterior was done for possible entry points and these were shown to us so they could be closed. I use Wildwoods on a monthly service. The service is great and it keeps the bugs and spiders from getting in our house. When we first moved in, they were everywhere. Now, we hardly see them. I had them treating for rodents too until my creative dog got into the poison. I was panicking and my tech drove straight over and helped me figure out that, because they use a very non toxic bait, all was ok! Saved my dog’s life because of the specific bait they use being non-toxic. My tech removed the station and all is well. Less

We had another pest control company servicing our home on a regular basis but they couldn't seem to knock down our ongoing ant issue. I called Wildwoods for help and they were great. They gave me a reasonable quote for a one-time treatment with follow ups, if needed. I ended up needing one more follow up treatment which worked and now we're ant free. Jess was fantastic. I had a major carpenter ant infestation. It took a few visits, but it’s been two years since then and I haven’t seen any more. I wanted him to help with rodents but he said my location (surrounded by woods and open fields) meant that anything he did wouldn’t work for long. Instead of charging me for services that I wouldn’t have been satisfied with, he gave great advice for some landscaping changes I could make around the foundation and it has helped a lot. I recommend Wildwood to anyone who asks! Update—it’s been 5 years, and still no carpenter ants. I have had Jesse back out to treat for the little odorous ants a few times. After buying a house in Welches I wasn’t sure what type of rodent or ants we were dealing with. I looked at reviews and they were all glowing. I thought well either a lot of family members wrote reviews or this guy is as honest and genuine as they come. I took the chance and the results are in....Jess is just a honest hood guy. He will call and check in to see if we need him to come out or if everything is good. Good old fashion customer service is rare and a breath of fresh air. Wildwood has been our pest control contractor for several years. It is a huge relief knowing that he is protecting our buildings and inventory on a cyclical basis. One of the benefits of working with WW is their responsiveness. Jess is a fantastic business owner. He helped us to get rid of a carpenter ant infestation last year. It took several applications, but not once did we feel pressured or intimidated into calling him back over. He only came when we needed him, and he even recommended things we could do on our own to need fewer visits, and to banish the rodents that had set up quite a shop in our crawlspace before we moved in. I'm happy to say that we have not seen an ant in the house in 6 months, and have been mouse/rat free for longer. And if we do see either again (we are, after all, surrounded by woods) we will for sure call him back. Less
