Also, after talking things over with my husband we both agree that the first time the gentleman who came out had spent much more time doing what he was doing, and this time around the gentleman was in and out much quicker for doing an extra step. Customer service is still very friendly and responsive just don’t feel like anything was resolved what so ever. I would still suggest them maybe just not for ants. He came out to view the ants problem I had and told me that I had a moisture issue drawing them in to that spot and there was nothing he could do until I could get the spot dried out. Then the ants would likely go away. Very honest and trustworthy!
