I have had a GE front loader washer that was stopping after running 9 min. I called one repair man (different company)he told me to order a part based on what I told him and what it was doing. Came out put the part on and left. I started a load and it still didn't work. I called Saunders and he was awesome! He repaired 3 parts and showed me why the part failed and after he put them on, OMG! My washer was working for the first time in over a year!! No more Laundry Mats! Great repair service! Fixed our oven that had a broken heating element. Was friendly and informative, and he was early the day he came with the part. Will use this service again if we need to.

Honest and fair. 6 month old refrigerator suddenly breaks out of nowhere and the manufacturer will not honor the warranty. Mr. Saunders came the next day, diagnosed the problem, asked for a down payment, and scheduled to come back with the part needed in a very reasonable time frame. Same fairness with their parts and labor charges. Will use again and highly encourage anyone reading to use them.
