I have had a GE front loader washer that was stopping after running 9 min. I called one repair man (different company)he told me to order a part based on what I told him and what it was doing. Came out put the part on and left. I started a load and it still didn't work. I called Saunders and he was awesome! He repaired 3 parts and showed me why the part failed and after he put them on, OMG! My washer was working for the first time in over a year!! No more Laundry Mats! I called to have my stove top fixed. Joey came and was courteous but indicated that he would have to call the manufacturer the next day to walk through repair or order parts if needed as they were already closed for the day. Never received a call back. I tried many times to call over the next several weeks to schedule a return for repair. The few times I got through, Joeys wife took the call and was nice enough, saying she would get back to me. She never did. So now after over month of waiting I’m right back to where I started looking for someone to fix the stove top.

I would not recommend him to anyone...he came and checked my washer told me what part I needed to fix it and it would be $251 dollars he ordered the part came back and put the part on.. however it didn't fix it..told me to try to use it...and call him and let him know how it was doing.. tried to use it that evening..couldn't..called him and left a message..and its been a week and still haven't called me back.. so now I'm out $251 dollars and no washer..

Great repair service! Fixed our oven that had a broken heating element. Was friendly and informative, and he was early the day he came with the part. Will use this service again if we need to.
