Honest and fair. 6 month old refrigerator suddenly breaks out of nowhere and the manufacturer will not honor the warranty. Mr. Saunders came the next day, diagnosed the problem, asked for a down payment, and scheduled to come back with the part needed in a very reasonable time frame. Not ready for primetime. Took $95 service fee for oven thermostat diagnosis. Ordered part, tech showed up to install, communicated more parts were needed. Not answering or returning calls regarding this simple repair. Less

We had a new oven appliance (Bosch) that had some issues just after the one year warranty expired. All Saunders staff we dealt with were incredibly kind, although the repair had its share of challenges. After months of delayed parts, we finally have a working oven. DO NOT USE. Stay away. They never fixed a thing. All he did was charge me for a diagnostic fee and fast talked about their monthly service program. It felt very shady imho. $100 spent for zero/nothing. Less

After being cancelled on by another company, Saunders was prompt to come out to my home to address a problem with my washer. The two repairmen that came were knowledgeable and so kind. The told us they could fix the washer, but rather than just gaining business for themselves, they informed us that it would be better and more advisable to purchase a new washer. I appreciate this honesty when they easily could have tried to profit off of us! They were wonderful, knowledgeable, and provided recommendations on better washer/dryer investments. Less
