Reasonable cost, knowledge of the issue, prompt, efficient, very professional. It was a very new experience to have these characteristics in a repair person. I will NEVER call anyone else for appliance repair as long as Saunders is in the area.

I have a 2019 Whirlpool Refrigerator that had ice collecting in the freezer drawer. Called my warranty and they sent someone else that didn't fix the problem, wasted time. I called Saunders Appliance Repair and felt very welcome. Explained the above, and that was all that I needed to say. By comparison, the warranty company service took 2 weeks to coordinate. With Saunders Appliance Repair, I made one call and the problem is fixed. Family-owned small business. What took 2 weeks with another Saunders Appliance Repair fixed in 15-20 minutes. Genuine customer and interested in the routine Appliance service, just got to get a couple of things in place first. If you don't believe me or think this is too good to be true, I posted a picture on what was found in the drip pan drain (and I know what that is now).

The owner, Joey, of Saunders Appliance Repair was very quick to answer my initial phone call regarding my dryer that was squeaking. He was prompt to diagnose the issue over the phone and made it to my house the same day (March 10, 2025) . He looked at my dryer and even though it was not making the noise when he arrived, he was sure it was either the belt or the idler pulley. He ordered a repair kit and scheduled to complete the job the following Friday (March 14, 2025). He completed that initial repair and charged $320, which was great since it was due to fix the issue I was experiencing. On Sunday, March 23rd, a little over a week after the initial repair was completed, my dryer drum quits spinning. The dryer will start, click over, heat up, and even count down as if it is drying the clothes inside. However, the drum will not spin. I placed a call to Saunders Appliance Repair and left a message. I anticipated that they would return my call during normal business hours on Monday morning, regarding my newest issue. They did not. I placed a request online and still did not receive a response. I then called their business # again and spoke with Joey (March 24, 2025). He stated that he could have a technician come look at the dyer and given my description, it was most likely a thermal fuse. The technician shows up that afternoon to assess the situation and replaces the fuse. Another $140 charge, which was expected.. After he left, I ran one load of laundry and when the second load was loaded into the dryer, it was no longer working. Producing the same issue as before. I immediately called Saunders Appliance Repair, left a message, and received no call back. Tuesday (March 25th), I anticipated I would receive a call, radio silence. I finally was able to reach someone, Lauren, after several attempts. That day, they sent another technician to my home, where my stepfather was awaiting his arrival. He replaced the thermal fuse again, per my stepfather. However, no one ever called to communicate with me what was actually wrong/going on with my dryer. Fast forward to today, Thursday (March 27th). I have run 2 loads of laundry through my dryer since the second thermal fuse was replaced on Tuesday. It is no longer working, producing the same issues detailed above. I placed a call to Saunders Repair, speaking to Lauren, and was told I would receive a call back from Joey. You guessed it, I have yet to hear back. I have paid out around $500 to this company over the last 2 weeks and I am no closer to having a working dryer than I was initially. They are johnny on the spot when they can come into your home and charge you for a service (which they should be) but produce less than stellar customer service when you have an issue with a part that they have placed.DO NOT RECOMMEND AND WILL AVIOD DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY IN THE FUTURE. Off to buy a new dryer....
