I was rear-ended in a auto accident in January 2020, by a sleeping driver, as I was coming to a stop at a light. The right side of my body, knee, hip and lower back was injured when I jammed on the brake after getting hit. Afterwards I started working with a PT while in pain. I was in so much pain, I was afraid of going to a traditional chiropractor but knew I needed someone to think of me as a whole person and not treat me as separate body parts with problems. This is how I met Dr. Marie Biek. She had great reviews. I saw she treated people as a whole person, so I contacted her and went to see her. She listened to me, she looked at me and I could see in her eyes she cared and could help. She told me she could help. I believed her. She is so warm and friendly and caring. So she did the preliminary work and took some x-rays of my head and upper spine then she adjusted my atlas. That was it.
