I can not praise Watt Masters enough! This company's service has been well above and beyond our expectations. Our solar system was failing to generate. I called our original installer for help and was told they don't do residential anymore. I tried calling other solar repair places and couldn't get anyone to help us. Then I called Watt Masters and was very pleased. I spoke with a human instead of a robot. He was very kind and sincere in answering my questions and getting a technician out to the house within 48 hours. The tech arrived on time and was very friendly and knowledgeable. Our technician, Jason, confirmed that the inverter had gone bad but that it was still under the manufacturer's warranty and would be replaced by the manufacturer free of charge. One week later, we are back up and running. The cost of installing the new inverter was very reasonable, and we have peace of mind. I strongly recommend this company. No runaround, no hard sell, just really great service!

I LIKE SO MANY OTHER HAVE HAD TO FIND A NEW COMPANY FOR MY SOLAR NEEDS AND REPAIR. AFTER FINDING OUT THAT THE COMPANY I HAD JUST WENT BRANKRUP!!I have found a wonderful company to help with a repair need that need to fix a big issue ( 2 years of trying to get help ) I was having and this is that company!Watt Master asked my phone call and listened to me about my issue, They talked with me regarding the best way and a plan was set in place, they gave me an appointment right away to see what they could do for ME ! Once their service tech showed up ( and very much on time!) He and I set off to review the issue, with in a 2 hours the repair and services needed was done. great company, great people, responsive, get the work done quickly and efficiently. really nice people to work with. after doing my house in Scottsdale they even drove to Sedona to put in surge protectors on my home there.
